It’s all semantics

LEADER : /ˈliːdə/noun

  • The person who leads or commands a group, organisation, or country.

LEADERSHIP : /ˈliːdəʃɪp/verb

NB: Is also a noun that is less resistant to being used as a verb

  • The action of leading a group of people or an organisation.

Leadership is a doing word, it’s actionable and a practice that should be a daily habit until you do it almost without thinking.

We can all do it – independently and regardless of our status in the hierarchy.

A leader is a name – anyone can call themselves a leader.

It’s up to the rest of us to decide if we follow.
