Coaching is a skill, and anyone can learn it

Most don’t because whilst it’s a simple skill, it’s tough to do in action. It requires a good deal of vulnerability to be curious and restraint to keep the advice monster in check.

I believe we need more great people in the world flexing their coaching muscles.

To do that, start with your people in your charge. 

Get to know them and understand their worldview.

To do this you can use a mere handful of questions, reframed and recycled depending on the situation.
